Staff positions available: Customer Service Representative

Great for: students seeking part-time work!  


Boca Auto Tag and Title is South Florida's premier tag and title agency, serving the area since 1986.  


We are seeking team-oriented, professional, and motivated staff to join our team as customer service representatives. Staff process customer title requests and delivery, as well as answer questions via phone and email. Staff are trained on our agency management system, email, phone, and how to process vehicle registration, tag, and title paperwork.  


As part-time positions, morning and afternoon shifts are available, and we are happy to work around students' course schedules!  


Additionally, as a member of the Grace Capital Inc., family, opportunities are also available for individuals with a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License! 


Students with an interest in business, insurance, law, and/or real estate are encouraged to apply!  


Staff responsibilities:  

  • Answering phone calls 
  • Completing title and registration paperwork  
  • Scanning paperwork into the system  
  • Filing paperwork into our filing cabinet system 
  • Creating client profiles into our agency management system 
  • Practicing basic computer, phone, and email skills 
  • Friendly and engaging demeanor with clients in-person and over the phone
